Job summary

Workday is seeking a senior recruiting leader to drive the strategy and execution of high-volume hiring across multiple functions. You will build and mentor a growing team, partner with Marketing, HRBPs, and Talent Management to scale globally, and develop predictive tools to improve recruiting effectiveness.

The role requires extensive Bay Area recruiting experience, executive-level collaboration, and a proven ability to create scalable recruitment processes in a fast-growing software

Qualifications

• 15+ years of recruiting experience.
• 2+ years in a high-growth company.
• 3+ years managing others in recruiting, including remote teams.
• Recruitment experience in the Bay Area, especially software.
• Proven track record building a recruiting team with people, goals, processes and metrics.
• Experience interacting with executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and metrics to meet hiring goals of the organization.
• Continue building the recruiting team and develop leaders across functions.
• Scale recruiting footprint and methodology for global expansion.
• Revamp employment branding and related collateral with Marketing and HRBPs.
• Design and deploy creative pipeline generation methods for hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop methodologies to track recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support Jobvite ATS implementation and expansion.
• Support College Program expansion (Generation Workday).
• Work with Talent Management to develop predictive recruiting tools.
• Develop internal recruitment methodology and process.
