Workday is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Lead to advance how hiring operates across the company, shaping and delivering improvements to global recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.

As part of the Global TA Experience team, this role focuses on the design, evolution, and operationalization of the recruiting operating model, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, or talent acquisition operations.
• 7+ years designing and delivering transformative initiatives.
• Experience working within recruiting organizations and understanding the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve core recruiting workflows and standards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and tools.
• Translate strategic priorities into operational improvements for global TA.
• Develop communication strategies to support TA initiatives.
• Partner with TA leadership to grow and evolve the recruiting operating model.
