You’ll own full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to set expectations and move searches efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing a full requisition load while keeping candidates and hiring managers informed
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort with sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for your client group, from intake and sourcing to screening, offer, and handoff to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers as an advisor, not an order-taker: set expectations up front, share market insights, and keep searches moving
• Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, schools, and professional organizations
• Keep Workday accurate and up to date, so data on your reqs drives good decisions
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects how we treat residents, with respect, responsiveness, and honest communication
• Help shape our sourcing playbooks, screening guides, and processes as the team grows
