Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is hiring a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to support senior living communities across Wisconsin from Madison, Milwaukee, or Green Bay in a hybrid role.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with leaders to design effective hiring plans for assisted living, memory care, and independent living. Strong relationships and healthcare market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience recruiting within healthcare, assisted living, memory care, and/or independent living.
• Strong sourcing and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin healthcare labor markets and Workday ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, community partnerships, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Create recruitment marketing and advertising campaigns to increase candidate engagement and brand awareness.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
