Job summary

National Church Residences, located in Dublin, OH, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a hybrid schedule (office Tue–Thu, remote Mon and Fri). The role supports the recruiting team through pre-boarding, interview scheduling, and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The position requires strong communication, HR exposure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Workday or similar HCM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting or in human resources preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Workday or similar HCM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates pre-boarding paperwork for new hires and onboarding.
• Schedules initial phone screenings and coordinates on-site interviews.
• Assists with candidate process through onboarding and reporting.
• Creates and maintains recruitment reports and sourcing strategies.
• Participates in recruiting events and career fairs; backup for New Hire Orientation.
