Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Dublin, OH client group. You will partner with hiring managers, source proactively, and ensure accurate Workday data while delivering a respectful candidate experience.

You will help shape our sourcing playbooks and screening guides as the TA team grows, contributing to a mission-driven environment serving seniors and families.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.
• Experience managing a full requisition load while keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with sourcing tools and an ATS.
• Nice to have healthcare, senior living, or affordable housing recruiting experience.
• Nice to have: Healthcare, senior living, or affordable housing recruiting experience.
• Workday Recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for your client group from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers as an advisor; set expectations and share market insights.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, schools, and professional orgs.
• Maintain Workday data accuracy to drive decisions.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects residents’ care and respect.
• Contribute to shaping sourcing playbooks and screening guides as the team grows.
