National Church Residences in Dublin, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help recruit nurses, therapists, and leaders who care for seniors. You’ll join a TA team rebuilding how it works, partnering with hiring managers, leveraging better sourcing tools, and managing workloads that enable quality recruitment.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for healthcare roles across Ohio, build relationships with schools and local networks, and compete with hospital systems by selling flexibility

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate.
• Experience managing a full requisition load with proactive communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for your client group, from intake and sourcing to screening, offer, and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers as an advisor, set expectations up front, share market insights, and keep searches moving.
• Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, schools, and professional organizations.
• Keep Workday accurate so data on your reqs drives good decisions.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects how we treat residents, with respect, responsiveness, and honest communication.
• Help shape our sourcing playbooks, screening guides, and processes as the team grows.
