Qualifications

• 5+ years managing end-to-end recruiting for technical roles in SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.
• Experience building robust talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management from requisition to offer.
• Sourcing top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to fill critical roles.
• Partner with business leaders and managers to forecast needs.
• Coordinate complex interview processes and evaluate qualifications.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback.
• Monitor market trends to optimize recruiting strategies.
