Job summary

Versaterm, a high-growth SaaS provider for public safety, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead executive and complex searches. You will partner with the C-suite on hiring strategy, manage confidential searches, and drive talent initiatives across the organization, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires 7+ years in recruitment, strong executive presence, and experience with AI recruiting tools and Greenhouse.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including senior leadership roles.
Demonstrated executive presence with credibility to advise C-suite and senior leaders.
Experience delivering TA initiatives from planning to implementation with strong project management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, confidential, and leadership roles across the organization.
Manage full-cycle searches including Senior Manager and Director levels and executive mandates.
Develop proactive sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for senior talent, including passive outreach.
Provide high-quality, high-touch candidate experience for senior candidates.
Advise leaders using recruitment metrics and compensation intelligence to shape strategy.
Plan and deliver TA initiatives with scoped timelines and stakeholder alignment.
Apply critical thinking to improve processes, tools, and systems.
Utilize AI-enabled tools with human judgement to enhance recruiting outcomes.
