Cyera is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the People team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment in the United States. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Sales, partner with leadership to understand needs, craft compelling roles, and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, preferably in tech or data security, with strong sourcing skills and familiarity with Comeet and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Understanding of the sales process and key competencies required for sales success (SaaS sales, solution selling, etc.)
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, extremely high-growth environment with the flexibility to manage changing priorities
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or data security is highly preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Comeet preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools
• Strong sourcing abilities across multiple platforms, with the ability to attract passive talent
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a startup, technology, or data security company; Previous experience hiring for sales roles is a must

Responsabilidades

• Owns full lifecycle recruitment for Sales roles from kick-off to offers and onboarding
• Conducts initial interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Collaborates with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and craft job descriptions
• Implements sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and diverse talent
• Stays updated on talent market trends and best practices in sales recruitment
