Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to design tailored sourcing and hiring strategies for technical/engineering roles.
• Sourcing passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial screens, and assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure clear candidate communications throughout the process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams.
• Track metrics like time-to-hire and source quality to optimize pipelines.
