Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for cybersecurity or SaaS sales roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter; Boolean searches.
• System savvy with Workday, Google Drive/Sheets; able to document activity clearly.
• Experience applying AI technologies to enhance recruiting decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting lifecycle including intake, sourcing, prescreening, interviews, and offers.
• Proactively identify new candidates across multiple roles and channels.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver quality talent.
• Maintain candidate tracking and reporting; ensure policy compliance and data accuracy.
