Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting. This 100% remote role offers a hybrid option for Chicago-area candidates.

Join a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company and help review applications, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and onboard new hires. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recruiting, experience in tech/SaaS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within a technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening and interview coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process by reviewing applications, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates and supporting new hire onboarding activities
• Review applications and advance candidates who meet minimum qualifications
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Facilitate candidate and hiring manager communications and provide timely status updates throughout the interview process
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned junior, support and other lower-complexity roles, including conducting screening interviews
• Launch assessments, monitor progress and manage associated communications
• Partner with HR and training teams to coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding activities
• Create and update process documentation, communication templates and recruitment reporting
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system
• Support special projects for the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams
