ACV Auctions, Buffalo HQ, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner II to own full-cycle recruiting across the organization and partner with business leaders to attract top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and build pipelines to meet business needs across multiple functions.

You will source creatively, conduct interviews and assessments, manage multiple requisitions, and drive hiring decisions while delivering a best-in-class candidate

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Track record of building consultative relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Dayforce ATS is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner II to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting, partner with business leaders, develop creative sourcing strategies, and help attract exceptional talent across the organization.

What You'll Bring

• Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.

• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data; Dayforce experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and adapt to changing business priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
