Job summary

Artech is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting and partner with business leaders and HR teams to meet hiring needs. The ideal candidate has 0.5 to 3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Work Schedule: On-site Monday through Thursday; remote on Fridays. Working Hours: 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM start time.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units and HR team members to achieve recruiting goals and meet staffing requirements.
• Advise and support business leaders on recruitment processes, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to develop hiring strategies and support workforce and headcount planning.
• Translate departmental workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies and implement timely, creative, and cost-effective sourcing and hiring solutions.
• Educate hiring managers and HR teams on recruiting best practices, interview processes, and candidate evaluation expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and applicable employment laws.
• Support the development and implementation of HR programs, recruitment processes, and workflow improvements.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support recruitment and HR operations.

Required Qualifications
