HR Additions, a growing recruiting partner, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations nationwide, focusing on operational talent. Irving, TX area.

You will partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding. 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-site recruiting initiatives.
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, technicians, operations, or related roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience.
• Extend offers and facilitate a seamless transition to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
