Job summary

HR Additions in Irving, Texas is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, field service, technician, apprenticeship, sales and operations roles.

You will build talent pipelines through trade schools and networks, collaborate with hiring managers to assess qualifications, and guide candidates through the hiring process in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting skilled trades, field service, technician, sales, or operational talent.
• Experience supporting high-volume and multi-location hiring initiatives.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline-building, and networking skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for service technicians, installers, apprentices, field service, sales, and operational roles.
• Develop talent pipelines through trade schools, apprenticeship programs, military transition programs, referrals, networking, and proactive sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to evaluate technical qualifications, certifications, licensing requirements, and overall fit.
• Source, screen, schedule, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offers through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
• Support additional recruiting needs as business priorities evolve.
