Job summary

Addison Group is hiring a Recruiter in Dallas, TX to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and experienced in high-volume recruiting environments.

The candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to travel periodically to recruiting events and job fairs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and recruiting efforts simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel periodically to recruiting events, job fairs, and other hiring-related functions.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across departments.
Source and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess fit.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Foster relationships with external recruiting partners and educational institutions.
