Groundworks in Irving, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across operational areas. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers and onboarding.

This onsite role (1 day hybrid) requires 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, ATS familiarity, and strong communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Workday experience and proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience coordinating hiring events, job fairs, or community outreach preferred.
• Experience facilitating training or presenting to groups preferred.
• HR certification preferred, not required.
• Proficiency with ATS; Workday experience preferred.
• Proficiency with job boards/sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from intake through accepted offer.
• Partners with hiring managers to build strong relationships and establish role requirements, timelines, and recruiting strategies.
• Sources candidates through active and passive methods using tools like Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Maintains the ATS with timely updates to requisitions and candidate status.
• Plans and coordinates hiring events, job fairs, and community recruitment initiatives.
• Drafts and extends offer letters by next business day and assists with negotiations.
