Job summary

Qualifications

• Partner with hiring managers to evaluate technical qualifications, certifications, licensing requirements, and overall fit.
• Source, screen, schedule, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offers through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
• Support additional recruiting needs as business priorities evolve.

Salary: USD80000 - USD105000 per year

HR Additions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume hiring across multiple locations. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of skilled trades, field service, technician, apprenticeship, sales, and operations positions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building talent pipelines, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Location: Irving, TX Area (Hybrid) 3 days in office /2 remote

Compensation: $80,000+ Dependent on Qualifications

Position Type: Contract for 3 months with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.
