findhelp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering with hiring managers and the People team to attract top talent.

You will source candidates through traditional and creative channels, promote openings, and help define innovative approaches while ensuring a positive candidate experience for a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in recruiting.
• Experience in a growing tech company is a plus.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• System-savvy (we use Lever, G-Suite, Zenefits and Jira regularly).
• A team player.
• Organized individual with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring initiatives, write job descriptions and job postings for current openings.
• Promote job openings on career pages, job boards, and social networks.
• Define innovative sourcing strategies and approaches to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and portfolio sites).
• Provides guidance to hiring managers on recruiting process and hiring best practices.
• Determine qualification criteria for each position.
• Update and maintain job descriptions.
• Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate.
• Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation.
• Facilitate recruitment process trainings with hiring managers.Prepares and extends verbal and written offers.
• Coordinate with People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.
