You will train managers and junior recruiters in effective interviewing, sourcing, and candidate experience, while driving recruiting metrics and process improvements. Qualifications

• Associate degree required; or a Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Communications with 2+ years recruiting experience.
• 4 years of direct recruiting experience, or 2 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Travel willingness of 5–10%.
• Flexible schedule: 7 AM–5 PM; nights, weekends, holidays may be required.
