PathGroup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruiting under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition. This role sources, screens, and recommends placement of staff, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals in a hybrid work environment.

You will mentor recruiters, train hiring managers, and support special projects while ensuring compliance with privacy and security policies.

Qualificações

• Two to three years of prior job-related experience required.
• Full cycle Recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of ADP Recruiting Management is preferred.
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment law/regulations and general HR principles required.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Must be able to accommodate hybrid work schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to meet staffing goals.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone or in person), administer assessments and reference/background checks, and deliver offers.
• Communicate employment details during offers (benefits, compensation, relocation, non-compete agreements).
• Mentor Recruiters and entry-level team members.
• Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory.
• Manage internal transfer processes and coordination of interviews.
• Assist with managing the ATS and training supervisors/managers on candidate flow.
• Ensure PAFs and staff requisition paperwork are completed.
• Respond to inquiries regarding pre-screening, onboarding, transfers, job ads, and credential verifications.
• Follow up for feedback on recruiting processes and suggest HR process improvements.
• Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, standards, or regulations.
• Manage resume files and retention per policy.
• Assist with special projects.
