ConnectPay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and attract qualified candidates. You will build relationships, proactively source talent, manage multiple searches, and improve recruiting processes in a growing organization.

This role supports employment-branding initiatives, maintains compliant hiring practices, and delivers a professional, transparent candidate experience throughout the process.

Competenze

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to independently manage multiple active searches and competing priorities.
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement.
• Experience advising hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions with market knowledge.

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, criteria, interview plans, compensation, and timelines.
• Advise on market conditions and effective recruiting practices.
• Proactively identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Build pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Conduct structured screens and provide clear summaries and recommendations.
• Create engaging job postings and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity and promote equity in interviewing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with People Team on offers, background checks, and onboarding.
