Job summary

Social Native Inc. is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, customer success, and operations.

You will identify passive talent, build sourcing pipelines, and partner with the CEO to define what great looks like for every role, while strengthening our employer brand. You will design structured interview processes, ensure a fast, defensible decision process, and own the candidate experience from start to finish, aligning with our

Qualifications

• 3–5 years across recruiting and/or people ops.
• Strong talent hunter with the ability to close candidates who have other options.
• Proven track record of building sourcing pipelines and employer branding.
• Ability to design structured interviews and scorecards for fast, defensible decisions.
• Comfort with data: KPIs, dashboards, and raising hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, customer success, and operations.
