You will manage full-cycle recruitment activities and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. The role emphasizes compliance with employment laws, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple openings while maintaining a positive candidate journey.

Competenze

• Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience, focused on recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews and structured interviewing techniques.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now preferred.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage job requisitions and coordinate recruitment activities for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job postings, determine sourcing methods, and identify recruitment needs.
• Build and maintain industry-specific candidate networks and talent pipelines.
• Screen applications, identify qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with the HR team.
