Job summary

Traffic Management LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruiting lifecycle across all locations. You will publish postings, source candidates, screen applicants, and maintain a robust pipeline while coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Responsibilities include background checks, calendar coordination for 15+ interviews daily, and close collaboration with hiring managers to meet start dates and compensation needs. Travel up to 5% may apply.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish job postings internally and externally.
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Create and manage requisitions and job postings for both internal and external candidates.
• Review and screen resumes, ensuring candidates meet minimum qualifications with strong attention to detail.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews using established tools and effective interviewing techniques.
• Conduct background checks, including driver’s license verification and motor vehicle record (MVR) reviews.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates.
• Manage interview schedules based on business needs, coordinating 15+ candidates daily.
• Coordinate calendar invites for interviews, job fairs, and hiring events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to confirm position requirements and hiring needs.
• Communicate with departments regarding anticipated start dates, compensation, position status, and orientation scheduling.
• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and process efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity in spreadsheets and the ATS.
• Support with onboarding process and other administrative HR tasks.
• Maintain recruiting trackers, ensuring locations, addresses, and points of contact are up to date.
• Prepare recruitment materials, including job descriptions, screening tools, and interview questions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and clients.
• Always ensure confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Support a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Travel up to 5% for job fairs and recruiting events based on business needs.
• Coordinate and support hiring events and job fairs.
• Provide additional support for onboarding processes and front desk operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
