State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Oregon to support recruiting across all roles.

You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, develop sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. The role emphasizes professionalism, organization, and discretion when handling sensitive HR information, with frequent interactions with executives and management.

Qualifications

• Two or three years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Experience within a call center/service industry environment preferred.
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and Indeed sourcing to proactively source candidates.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong personal Computing skills, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, ADP, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, Internet, and keyboarding.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manages full recruiting life cycle for all assigned positions.
• Acts as point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Builds pipelines by attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent.
• Maintains applicant tracking system and advertising/vendor relationships.
• Maintains records of all recruitment materials and communicates activity to managers.
• Advises and coaches hiring managers on hiring practices.
• Develops interview questions for Hiring Managers.
• Researches compensation and provides salary recommendations.
