Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience, required.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or administrative support strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, career centers, and educational institutions.
• Coordinate recruitment outreach, job postings, and candidate referral opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand talent pipelines through academic and professional partnerships.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Review, screen, and evaluate resumes and applications against established job requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Identify qualified candidates and coordinate next steps in the recruitment process.
• Verify job requisitions and confirm position requirements and recruitment details.
• Conduct employment and professional reference checks when requested.
• Assist with candidate qualification verification and documentation when requested.
• Coordinate background checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive candidate information.
• Assist in developing engaging job advertisements, recruitment materials, and candidate outreach communications.
• Create content to promote employment opportunities across relevant digital platforms.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts.
• Assist with improving and maintaining the organization's online recruitment presence.
• Support updates to career pages, job postings, and professional digital platforms.
• Help strengthen the organization's digital footprint to attract qualified candidates.
