Qualifications

• Three years of HR experience focused on recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Experience with competency-based interviews and structured interviewing techniques.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement recruitment and talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage job requisitions and coordinate recruitment activities for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job postings, determine sourcing methods, and identify recruitment needs.
• Build and maintain industry-specific candidate networks and talent pipelines.
• Screen applications, identify qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection and verbal offer process.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with the HR team.
• Represent Mercy Flights at job fairs and community networking events.
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends and recruitment opportunities.
• Collaborate on employer branding and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
