Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers in Lehi/Provo, UT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our in-office team. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to move qualified candidates through the process.

You’ll screen and interview candidates, source through multiple channels, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from sourcing through offer.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and motivation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting data in ATS.
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.
