Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to source, screen and recommend candidates for roles at all levels. This role develops advanced sourcing strategies and builds strong partnerships with managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful hires.

The position requires deep knowledge of recruitment practices, US employment laws, and excellent communication. The role is hybrid with on-site presence in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and interviewing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and recruitment programs.
• Experience with online and social media recruiting and ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and hiring managers on position descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and conduct interviews to close qualified candidates.
• Manage job postings across multiple channels and promote referral programs.
• Maintain ATS, recruiting reports and staffing administration functions.
