Job summary

CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to drive reporting, systems governance, and AI-enabled recruiting across our global TA function. This role combines hands-on data work with stakeholder engagement to optimize processes, tooling, and performance metrics in a remote, full-time capacity.

The ideal candidate will own KPIs, dashboards, and the technology roadmap for TA operations. You will lead operational transparency, system ownership, and vendor ecosystem management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR systems, or Recruiting Analytics.
• Ability to turn data into a clear performance story for senior leaders.
• Hands-on administration of Workday (ATS) required; Phenom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize, maintain and evolve TA reporting to support recruiting leads and TA/HR leadership.
• Define TA metrics to ensure consistency across regions and segments.
• Translate data into narrative to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver automated dashboards and productionize performance and capacity tools.
