CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to act as the operations engine for the global TA function. You will deliver transparent, outcome-focused reporting, manage systems and vendor infrastructure, and drive AI and recruiting technology adoption across the team.

In this hands-on role you’ll translate analytics into leadership insights, own Workday and Phenom configurations, and lead change management to ensure real adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TA operations, HR systems, or recruiting analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable leadership guidance.
• Hands-on Workday administration; Phenom experience preferred.
• Experience owning recruiting technology and budget optimization.
