Job summary

ORIX Corporation USA is seeking an HR Generalist I to join our Shared Services team. This role delivers front-line HR support and executes high-volume Workday transactions, ensuring data accuracy and a positive employee experience.

Reporting to the Director of Payroll and HR Operations, you will assist with onboarding, lifecycle updates, and HR process improvements within a hybrid work arrangement, supporting a wide range of HR operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience in shared services or transactional environment.
• 2+ years of experience executing HR transactions in Workday.
• HCM knowledge across onboarding, compliance and employee lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume HR transactions in Workday (hires, job changes, terminations).
• Handle HR inquiries via Workday Help with SLA adherence.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
• Support onboarding, preboarding, and orientation processes.
• Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with COEs and HRBPs to improve service delivery.
