Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the TA function from our Boise office. This full-time internship offers exposure to recruiting operations, systems, and analytics at a fast-growing SaaS company.

The role focuses on ATS administration, interview scheduling, data-driven reporting, process documentation, onboarding logistics, and collaboration with recruiters and TA leadership on special projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational psychology, analytics, or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS), including requisition setup, data hygiene, and workflow configuration.
• Coordinate interview scheduling logistics across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, escalating conflicts or delays as needed.
• Assist in building and maintaining recruiting dashboards and reports (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Help document and continuously improve TA processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Support onboarding logistics coordination, ensuring a smooth handoff from offer acceptance to day one.
• Assist with vendor and tool administration, including job board postings and assessment platform support.
• Partner with recruiters and TA leadership on ad hoc projects, including sourcing support, employer branding initiatives, and campus/early-career recruiting logistics.
• Help audit ATS and reporting data for accuracy and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, or related field
