Job summary

TSMC is seeking a Talent Acquisition System Admin to support infrastructure, analytics, and day-to-day TA operations. The role launches an ATS in Arizona, collaborating with HQ in Taiwan and cross-region teams. You’ll manage reporting, data integrity, vendor relations, and change management in a small, agile team.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years admin or analytics experience, strong Excel skills, and ability to adapt to shifting priorities. On-site Phoenix, AZ location.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of progressive experience in administration, workforce analytics, or program management.
• Demonstrated administrative experience with strong organization and follow-through.
• Some experience in data analysis (e.g., building or interpreting reports and KPIs).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Agile and adaptable, comfortable shifting priorities in a small, fast-moving team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Some knowledge or experience in recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyze recruiting reports and dashboards, including KPIs.
• Maintain data integrity for recruiting-related data and surface trends.
• Administer the ATS, partner with IT on enhancements and integrations, and troubleshoot user needs.
• Support end-to-end ATS launch in Arizona with cross-region coordination.
• Manage talent pool data and lead change management to drive adoption of new processes.
• Manage HR AI tools by collecting needs, consulting with users, and proposing solutions.
• Oversee candidate evaluation tools and assess their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Security, and other stakeholders.
• Provide contract and vendor administration, track project status, and prepare meeting minutes.
