Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, or a related field; expected graduation December 2027 or May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS), including requisition setup, data hygiene, and workflow configuration.
• Coordinate interview scheduling logistics across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates; escalate conflicts or delays as needed.
• Assist in building and maintaining recruiting dashboards and reports (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire) to support data-driven decisions.
