Job summary

Opaa! Food Management seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruiting and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in the hiring process. You will engage candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with talent operations under supervision.

The role offers exposure to sourcing, ATS, interview coordination, and candidate communications, with opportunities for professional development in recruiting best practices and workplace etiquette.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college/university program; HR/Business/Communications preferred.
• Prior work, volunteer, or campus involvement helpful but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through approved job boards and sources.
• Assist with basic candidate outreach using established templates and guidance from the recruiting team.
• Support interview scheduling and send interview confirmations and reminders.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Conduct video screens, provide assessments, and recommend viable candidates.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with posting and updating openings.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent attraction activities.
• Prepare recruiting materials and resources.
• Enter and update candidate information in the ATS; maintain recruiting records.
• Organize recruiting files, reports, and other materials.
• Assist with basic recruiting reports and data collection.
• Schedule and logistics for Talent team meetings and events.
• Participate in meetings, training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
