Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Operations professional based in New York to own the intake queue, triage requests, and provide systems support across our recruiting tools.

You will drive process improvements, maintain knowledge resources, and deliver end-to-end support for a globally distributed team. This role emphasizes practical, scalable operations and strong documentation to reduce drag and improve recruiter efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or related fields supporting Talent or HR functions.
• Experience owning a queue, ticket backlog, or service desk for recruiting.
• Strong documentation and ability to create clear guides for end users.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake queue: triage, categorize, route requests with clear ownership.
• Maintain response standards and monitor volume/complexity.
• Refine intake forms and routing to improve actionability of requests.
• Track and report queue metrics and patterns for process improvements.
• Administer or configure ATS tools and related systems.
• Provide global coverage as the NY anchor for a distributed recruiting team.
