Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a senior technical program manager within Recruiting Operations. You will own strategic TA programs end-to-end, from scoping to adoption, and will be hands-on with systems such as the ATS.

You will coordinate across Recruiting, People, Legal, Finance, and other partners while driving governance and change management. Expect to design intake and prioritization, build roadmaps with measurable outcomes, and develop training and documentation to reduce tickets and improve

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or technical program management supporting a talent or HR function.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional programs at global or multi-region scale.
• Hands-on ATS administration and configuration experience; Greenhouse strongly preferred; comparable depth in other systems considered.
• At least one system implementation or migration led end-to-end, including requirements, data mapping, testing, cutover, and post-launch support.
• Strong written communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic TA Ops programs end to end from scoping through launch, adoption, and measurement.
• Design and improve the intake experience, routing, quality, and status visibility.
• Run prioritization with transparency and map demand into roadmaps with success measures.
• Design process, SOPs, and change materials to ensure adoption beyond launch week.
• Configure ATS templates, interview plans, approvals, and notifications; lead implementations.
