Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a seasoned professional to own the end-to-end operating model for Recruiting Systems. You will establish intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation, set service levels, and ensure day-to-day support and improvements run predictably.

You will lead change management with communications, training, and documentation while coaching a small team. You will partner with IT/vendors to maintain data quality, compliance, and process adoption across the TA function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Recruiting Systems (ATS/CRM or HRIS).
• Experience maintaining reliable operations (scheduled processes, integrations, and recurring deliverables).
• Proven change management and process adoption with stakeholders.
• Prior experience leading a small team (2–3 direct reports).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operating model for Recruiting Systems.
• Establish intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation; set service levels.
• Ensure day-to-day support and improvements run predictably; runbooks and SLAs.
• Lead change management with communications, training, and documentation.
• Coach a team of 2–3 and ensure privacy, security, and compliance.
