Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a proactive leader to run Talent Operations with a focus on AI-driven automation and scalable processes across the US and international teams. You will own our recruiting tools, drive vendor negotiations, and build systems that streamline interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

You will lead a global team, standardize processes, and partner with People, Legal, and IT to ensure compliant, efficient recruitment across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent/ Recruiting operations or people analytics at a fast-growing tech company with team leadership experience.
• Deep hands-on ATS experience, preferably Greenhouse admin configuring workflows, permissions, reports and integrations.
• Love of technology and automation, with experience using integrations, no-code tools or AI to remove manual work.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; dashboards in BI tools; SQL is a plus.
• Experience managing offers and employment documentation.
• Knowledge of US employment law, pay transparency, and country variations in hiring.
• Commercial judgment in evaluating, buying and negotiating HR tech vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the TA tech stack end to end: Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, CoderPad, and Workday integrations.
• Automate manual, repetitive work through automation and AI; build streamlined workflows.
• Define and build recruiting dashboards (pipeline health, time to fill, offers, capacity).
• Lead, coach and develop Talent Operations Coordinators across time zones.
• Standardize processes and maintain knowledge base; train recruiters and hiring managers.
• Partner with People, Legal, Finance, and IT to align offers, contracts and approvals.
