Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking a proactive leader to guide Talent Operations globally, owning the recruiting tech stack and driving automation across interview scheduling, ATS workflows and process documentation.

You will build scalable processes that work across time zones and countries, partnering with analytics and legal teams to ensure compliant, efficient hiring. You will lead a small global team, set service levels, and create adoption-friendly tools while shaping the candidate experience

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting operations, recruiting systems or people analytics at a fast-growing tech company, including experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the TA tech stack end to end: Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, CoderPad, plus integrations with Workday.
• Automate manual workflows and use AI to reduce handoffs and errors.
• Build dashboards and reports to show pipeline health, time to fill, offer acceptance and recruiter capacity.
• Lead the Talent Operations Coordinators and design schedules across time zones.
• Standardize recruiting processes and keep knowledge bases up to date.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, Finance, Compensation and IT on offers and contracts across countries.
