Job summary
Talkdesk is seeking a hands-on Talent Operations leader to own our recruiting tools, automate workflows and manage a small global team supporting hiring across the US and beyond. You will optimize the TA tech stack (Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, CoderPad, and Workday integrations), build dashboards, and partner with people data to drive hiring decisions.
This role requires 6+ years in talent operations, deep ATS experience, and a strategic, independent mindset with
Qualifications
- 6+ years in talent operations or recruiting tech at a fast-growing tech company.
- Hands-on ATS experience, ideally Greenhouse admin configuring workflows and reports.
- Love of technology and automation to remove manual work.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus.
- Experience managing offers and onboarding documentation.
- Knowledge of US employment law and cross-country hiring considerations.
Responsibilities
- Own recruiting tech stack end to end (Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Automate manual processes, build workflows, and pilot new AI-driven tools.
- Partner with People data to define metrics and build dashboards.
- Lead Talent Operations Coordinators and set coverage across time zones.
- Standardize processes and train recruiters on tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with Legal/Finance/IT on offers, contracts and compliance.
