Job summary

Conexess Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a team of recruiters in high-volume hiring for supply chain centers and stores across the US and Canada. The role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience and ensuring smooth recruitment operations.

The coordinator will manage interview scheduling, background checks, and event material orders, while maintaining accurate records in systems like Excel, SmartRecruiters, and Monday.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in full cycle recruitment is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with recruiters to facilitate smooth recruitment operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Manage scheduling of interviews and coordination of candidate start dates.
• Launch and monitor background checks, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient processing.
• Order hiring event materials and assist with maintaining inventory.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in systems such as Excel, SmartRecruiters (ATS), and Monday.com (Project Management Tracking).
• Provide exceptional service and assistance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
