OEC Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to source, screen, and present candidates across multiple offices. You will partner with managers to understand department needs, create job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process.

The role involves coordinating high-volume interviews, maintaining scheduling, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting onboarding and HR functions as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Proactive sourcing and maintaining a recruiting pipeline.
• Experience recruiting for IT roles preferred.
• Experience using ATS like JazzHR, BambooHR, Workday, Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates from resume databases to increase pipeline activity (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Full cycle recruiting from requisition to offer.
• Schedule and conduct a high-volume of interviews (phone, virtual, in-person).
• Meet with hiring managers and stakeholders to discuss needs and requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and recruiting budget (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake).
• Collaborate with HR leadership to fulfill department needs timely.
• Perform reference checks as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and employee relations as needed.
