Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team.

You will support and strengthen the company’s recruitment efforts by providing administrative support to the AVP, Talent Acquisition; drafting job descriptions; maintaining candidate information in Workday; and supporting sourcing, screening, interviewing, and early careers programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Draft and update job descriptions; prepare offer letters.
• Maintain candidate records in Workday; post open roles.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding.
