Job summary

XPEL, Inc. in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure a positive candidate experience across offices.

You will liaise with candidates and internal partners to drive timely, compliant hiring, maintain ATS/HRIS, handle preboarding, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources or equivalent with 1–2 years in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Workday familiarity is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and route requisitions and offers through the approval process for all internal hires while keeping the stakeholders updated.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams; assist recruiters with sourcing, hiring and immigration activities.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding tickets, assist with new hire orientations as needed.
• Coordinate preboarding communications and welcome materials.
• Ensure completion of new hire documentation including tax forms, employment verification, background checks, policy acknowledgments, and work authorization documents.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the ATS and onboarding documentation.
• Support internships, recruitment drives and other career events.
• Prepare Talent Acquisition and Onboarding reports.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates and internal/new employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
