Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple calendars, schedules, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional tasks or projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Support recruiting events such as job fairs and campus programs.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
• Initiate and coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities.
• Assist recruiters with offer letters and onboarding materials.
• Track recruiting and onboarding metrics and maintain reports.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring leaders, candidates, and partners to resolve issues.
